Detox your Diet: Nothing like homemade Chicken Soup

Chicken Soup
- 2 cups organic vegetable or chicken stock
- any sliced vegetables (except white potatoes)
- 1 sliced chicken breast
- ½ chopped garlic glove
- salt and pepper
- ½ teaspoon basil or thyme

Directions:
Bring organic vegetable or chicken stock with sliced vegetables to a boil. Lower heat and add spices. Add chicken and simmer for one hour.
