If you experience anxiety even the smallest amount of caffeine can turn your stress into anxiety and anxiety into panic. Even one coffee or tea can be enough to throw you off for the whole day. So, what about decaf?? This still contains some caffeine!! Green tea has amazing health benefits, but if you're stressed out or anxiety prone - hold off!!
Caffeine will also potentiate hypoglycemia (a drop in your blood sugar level) which will make your physical feeling of stress and anxiety even worse!!
